Usually I am replying to every e-mail within a few days.
Every day I get lots of e-mails, and if I would not answer them by return, the pile gets bigger and bigger... :-)
If you should not get a reply to your e-mail after - latest - one week, maybe your e-mail did not reach me, or, probably my answer has not arrived on your side.
The most likely reasons for that is are:
1.
My reply has been intercepted by the SPAM-Filter of your mail provider or of your computer.
Many SPAM filters are setted wrongly and are rejecting any e-mail that contains pictures, or with "indecent" words in it, or my adress www.natalia.pro is on a provider's "black list", etc. - there are many reasons. Have a look into your SPAM file and into your SPAM filter settings!
If you do have the possibility, alter your SPAM filter settings, and
put my sender adresses This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on your "white list".

It is an unfortunate fact that many, especially U.S. American e-mail providers are exercising
CENSORSHIP
Attention users of AOL, COMCAST, GOOGLEMAIL (GMAIL), MSN, ROADRUNNER, TIME WARNER, YAHOO and other potentially problematic e-mail providers:
I have to experience it again and again that e-mails sent from my "indecent" sender address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
are not delivered to the recipient, with absurd reasons and justifications.
Also, I had to experience it already, that the content of mails is checked - certain "indecent" words can
lead to e-mails being rejected.
Both I have tested several times:
• identical e-mails, sent several times from my sender adress This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to the same recipient,
were rejected each time - though each time with a different explanation!
However, when I sent the mail, identical in content, from another, neutral sender address, it was delivered.
• identical e-mails, sent several times from a neutral sender adress to the same recipient, but with identical "indecent" words in the content,
were rejected each time - but also in this case each time with a different explanation!
As soon as these words were missing, the otherwise identical mail was delivered.
This is the behavior of overwhelming global internet companies that act like dictatorships,
autocratic and following a self-rightly defined "morality".
It may help to add my website natalia.pro to your accepted list (“white list“), but this is not a guarantee that it will work.
Much better is NOT to have an e-mail account with a problematic mail-provider, e.g. with one of the a.m. ones.
Therefore:
in case you do not receive a reply to your e-mail after latest one week,
please send me a text message to +49-152-545-111-85,
stating from which adress and on which date you have sent me an e-mail.
I then will check that and will get back to you.
Exceptions.
I am replying to every reasonable e-mail, but I do NOT answer in case of insulting content, or if I received already several e-mails from a sender who obviously only wants to become entertained - for "e-mail entertainment" or "e-mail education" I am not available
